wrongly
prosecuted an innocent man not once but 3 times while DuPage State’s
Attorneys. They refuse to indict the known and confessed
actual serial killer.

law enforcement officers reveal the unbridled lust for prestige and power by
Jim Ryan and Joe Birkett that resulted in the incarceration on death
row of innocent men.
· Evidence
showing that Jim Ryan’s office knew about Brian Dugan,
before the prosecution of Rolando Cruz, Alex Hernandez and
Steven Buckly.

DuPage
investigators disregarded the links to Brian Dugan, and
because he remained free, Dugan killed two more people.

Evidence
was fabricated and suppressed to initially indict Cruz, Hernandez and Buckly.

The
confession of Brian Dugan less than 3 months after Cruz and Hernandez
were sentenced to death row, was discounted and suppressed to
maintain the convictions of Rolando Cruz and Alex Hernandez.

After
3 convictions, 3 incarcerations and 3 appeals and when this lie was about to
be exposed, some DuPage county officials then conspired to kill Cruz and
disguise it as a gang related jailhouse murder.
· Jim
Ryan claimed
to “examine and reexamine the evidence” against Cruz before
proceeding all three times.
· Later,
he claimed that it wasn’t his fault because he “relied on the
Illinois Supreme Court, judges and juries, police investigators, and the
experience of his prosecutors for guidance” in this case.
· About
whistle blowing Illinois law enforcement officials who have either resigned
or been fired
for their refusal to cooperate with corruption during the administration
of Illinois Attorney General Jim Ryan and DuPage County State’s Attorney Joe
Birkett.
· Deputy
sheriff John Sam resigned
rather than help prosecute innocent men.
· Jim
Ryan vilified
state police investigator Ed Cisowski because
Cisowski would not agree to misrepresent his investigation of
confessed killer Brian Dugan.
· Assistant
Illinois Attorney General, Mary Kenny, resigned
rather than try to block an appeal by Rolando Cruz, as she was ordered to
do.
· Director
Gilman of the DuPage crime lab resigned
rather than falsify evidence.
· Deputy
sheriff Carlos Rodriguez blew the whistle
on the plot to kill Rolando Cruz while incarcerated and then was framed
and fired for being a “dirty” cop.
