Rolando Cruz, Alex Hernandez and Steven Buckly tried by DuPage County and convicted with false evidence though known to be innocent by DuPage County.

Rolando Cruz, Alex Hernandez indicted, tried by DuPage County and convicted again with false evidence although known to be innocent by DuPage County.

Rolando Cruz, indicted, tried by DuPage County, convicted again with false evidence although known to be innocent by DuPage County then targeted for murder.

Brian Dugan let go by DuPage County officials to kill Melissa Ackerman and Donna Schnorr and although known to be the confessed killer of Jeanine Nicarico, remains un-indicted by DuPage County States Attorney Joe Birkett.

Former deputy sheriff Carlos Rodriguez fired for uncovering the plot to kill Rolando Cruz and then framed as a “dirty cop” by DuPage County officials.

Officer Rodney Watt who was unjustly fired for exposing racial profiling in Highland Park and then was unaided by Illinois Attorney General Jim Ryan.

DuPage Detective John Sam resigned rather than be part of a corrupt prosecution.

State Police investigator Ed Cisowski falsely accused of “leading the witness” by Jim Ryan. (Ryan had the handwritten notes of his own investigators that had at least 50 matching facts to the information obtained 3 days later by Ed Cisowski.)

Crime lab Director Gilmore resigned rather than falsify evidence as demanded by Jim Ryan’s office in DuPage County.

Assistant Illinois Attorney General Mary Kenny resigned rather than try to block the appeal of an innocent man (Rolando Cruz.)

The Illinois Supreme Court Held in People v. Cochran,

   “The State’s attorney in his official capacity is the representative of all the people, including the defendant, and it was as much his duty to safeguard the constitutional rights of the defendant as those of any other citizen.”

Jim Ryan & Joe Birkett have not protected the rights of some defendants in DuPage County. 

They have not honored their oaths of office.

Ten More Reasons

 

1. Ryan is against the right of the citizen's he represents to carry concealed weapons despite training and background checks. This despite the fact that 44 states including Indiana trust their citizens to defend themselves and family by carrying concealed weapons.


2. Ryan thinks it's okay to entrap gun owners at gun shows using undercover officers to trick gun owners into technical violations of gun law.


3. Ryan took $800,000 from the Fed's to fund Internet and Gun Show gun stings against law abiding gun owners.


4. Ryan supported, and indeed mandated, that the carrying of a gun for self-defense in Illinois be a Class IV felony for ALL FOID card holders.


5. Ryan thinks Gun Owners make convenient vote getting pawns for his "tough on crime" image.


6. Ryan would have an easier time getting his anti-gun owner agenda through than Blagojevich. "No-Rod's" Blagojevich is well known to be a gun hating kook while Ryan pretends to be Mr. Law and Order.


7. Ryan has only targeted otherwise law abiding gun owners in his sting operations, never gang bangers. Why?


8. Even the BATF is mad at Jim Ryan. How screwed up do you have to be to do that?


9. Ryan is just another RINO (Republican In Name Only)


10. GOP loyalty has it's limits and there is another option. By dumping Ryan you send a powerful message to the Illinois GOP Machine.
